Audio guestbook explanation

• Make sure the phone is unplugged while in use.
• Place the phone on the hook.
• Press the center button until you hear a beep.
• Speak your welcome message and release the button when you're finished.
• Release the button to stop recording (leave the phone on hold). Once you've recorded your welcome message, the phone will automatically play it through the speaker.
• To listen to your message again, hang up the phone and press the center button once. To record your message again, repeat step 1.
• Record a guest message

• Pick up the phone.
• The welcome message will play automatically.
• Wait for the beep, record your message, and then replace the phone.
