Receive a quotation

We receive your order and check availability right away.
If the equipment is available, you’ll receive a no-obligation quote.

Accept the Quote

You confirm your booking by accepting the quote. You can do this via the big green button in the email you received from us.

Fill in the Questionnaire

Right after signing the quote, you'll receive a short questionnaire to provide practical details such as the location, times, and any special requests.

Did you rent a photobooth? In the questionnaire, you can also let us know how you'd like to design the photo frame: either using a Canva project we’ll send you, or with the help of the website templatesbooth.com.

Receive Practical Information

In the week of your event, you’ll receive all the details about delivery, setup, and how to use the photobooth.

Delivery and pickup

On the day of the event, we’ll set everything up and test the equipment.
The following day, we’ll come by to pick it up again.

Aftercare

Photobooth

Within 10 working days after the event, you will receive the photos digitally via a WeTransfer link.

Equipment

Within 5 working days, the paid deposit will be refunded to your account.
