Photobooth Automatically Starts Sessions
- If the screen is wet, for example due to drinks, it may continuously start photo sessions. This can be resolved by cleaning the screen with a dry cloth.
If the issue persists and the screen feels sticky, clean it with a slightly damp cloth. - Still not working? Try restarting the photobooth. See the instructions below.
Restarting the Photobooth
- Unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in.

We have informed the renter at delivery where the key is located to open the back panel.
Preventing Malfunctions
The photobooth may freeze if the touchscreen is tapped too quickly in succession.
To prevent issues, only touch the screen when it says: “Touch the screen to start.”
