Lighting Not Working

  • Check if the light is plugged into the USB port on the outside of the photobooth.
  • Press the icon below on the light control panel to turn the lighting on. See the example below for what the icon looks like.
  • If the light still doesn’t work, there is a spare lamp in the bag with the key. Replace the current lamp by unscrewing it and screwing in the new one. Plug it into the USB port on the outside and press the power button.


     

Preventing malfunctions

The photobooth can freeze due to overload if the touchscreen is pressed too quickly in succession. Malfunctions can be prevented by only touching the screen when it says "Touch the screen to start".
