Nederlands Photo Too Dark
Quickest solution
- Is the light on top of the photobooth turned on? If not, turn it on and set it to the brightest level.
People in the photo will be better lit if they stand closer to the booth.
Adjust camera settings
- Near the photobooth there is a trolley bag with a small black box or pouch containing the key to the photobooth.
- Open the photobooth and follow the steps in the video below.

Preventing Malfunctions
The photobooth may freeze if the touchscreen is tapped too rapidly in succession.To avoid this, only touch the screen when the message “Touch the screen to start” is visible.
