Restarting the Computer

Unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
To restart the photobooth, see the video below. We informed the renter during delivery where the key is located to open the back panel.

Note: Do you have the pickup model? The power button is hidden behind the printer on the right side.

Preventing Malfunctions

The photobooth may freeze if the touchscreen is tapped too rapidly in succession.
To avoid this, only touch the screen when the message “Touch the screen to start” is visible.
