If your problem is not listed, try restarting the photobooth by following the instructions below.
- Unplug it and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
- Restart photobooth, see video below. We told the renter on delivery where the key is to open the back.
Prevent interference
The photobooth can crash due to overleading by pressing the touchscreen too quickly. Interference can be avoided by only pressing the screen when it says "Touch the screen to start".
